Verbascums are a lovely reliable perennial and Verbascum ‘Gold Nuggett’ belongs to a new series of top performing verbascums in gorgeous complementary colours. Verbascum ‘Gold Nugget’ is a compact plant supporting spikes of numerous vibrant yellow flowers held above silver foliage. This series have robust stems which avoid lodging (falling over) in windy conditions and masses of long-lasting flowers. Foliage 20cm high x 35cm wide, with flower spikes up to 45cm.
