Brunnera prefer a shade to part shade position and produce striking, large heart shaped leaves in spring. ‘Alchemy Pewter’ has reflective metallic leaves accented with deep green veining. A spectacular shade feature foliage plant, with a bonus of blue ‘forget-me-not’ flowers in spring. These perennials are winter dormant so do not fear if the disappear over winter, they’ll be back in the spring! Brunnera like to dry out between waterings.
